Abstract
Writing from Washington City [DC], Governor Pickering reports having successfully obtained approval from the US Comptroller of the Currency to establish a National Currency Bank in Olympia WT. He authorizes Denny as his attorney to sign his name as one of the bank’s founding shareholders, and comments confidentially on how to select other possible shareholders.
